The €399/month per sensor includes the Scrappy hardware unit, professional installation, ongoing maintenance, and automatic software updates. There are no hidden fees for the hardware itself.

How many sensors do I need?

Most kitchens need 1-3 sensors depending on layout. Typically, you'll want one sensor per main waste disposal point. During your consultation, we'll assess your kitchen and recommend the optimal setup.

What's the minimum contract length?

We require a minimum 1-year contract. This allows enough time to establish baseline data, implement changes, and see meaningful waste reduction results. Most customers see positive ROI within 3-6 months.

Are there any additional fees?
