Your first unit at €599/month includes the Scrappy hardware, professional installation, ongoing maintenance, the full software platform, unlimited user logins, AI recognition, environmental reporting, and support. Every additional unit is €399/month with everything included too.
How many units do I need?
Most kitchens need 1-3 units depending on layout. Typically, you'll want one unit per main waste disposal point. During your consultation, we'll assess your kitchen and recommend the optimal setup.
What's the minimum contract length?
We require a minimum 1-year contract. This allows enough time to establish baseline data, implement changes, and see meaningful waste reduction results. Most customers see positive ROI within 3-6 months.
Are there any additional fees?
Delivery and installation fees are not included in the monthly price and vary by location. We'll provide a full quote including all costs before you commit. There are no surprise fees after installation.
How does pricing work for additional units?

Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Additional units are already discounted at €399/month, whether they're in one kitchen or across a whole estate. For large portfolios, contact our sales team for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, direct debit, and all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange purchase orders and custom billing arrangements.
